[APP][Pro] Eufy Security

btw just restarted Homey and got all battery values correct… I hope it’s not Homey issue after all.

In my case it’s visible for both Eufycam 2 Pro and Eufycam 3 on HB3 - but to confirm it works, I really need more time then having it running for 10min

Happy to report after some time if that will be for any use.

Hello Martijn,

I have tested changing security modes by means of a flow with the latest version and now the Homebase2 devices do switch but the solocam S40 and pan and tilt camera do not. So it is the complete opposite of the previous situation.

Kind regards,

@edumos so the first thing i see is that the IP subnet of “Voortuin” is completely different than “Schuur binnen”.

For the Solocams you can set a custom IP address as Eufy doens’t resolve that correctly.
You can set that in the device setitngs in Homey

Hi Martijn,

Thanks for the reply.

All devices are on the same IP subnet 192.168.178.xxx
So I’m curious what subnets you are seeing.
I use different AP’s but there is no separation in terms of IP subnet.

I will assign a static IP and check if that works.

@edumos ah sorry, i edited my message quckly after sendin. But I see the public IP for your solocam, which is a eufy error

Hi

I’ve tried a number of times, following the instructions, extra admin account etc., to install Eufy Pan&Tilt 2K camera, but haven’t been able to make Homey find it. Any ideas? (in Finland)

@pejotu yes:

send a report via the mobile Homey app:

more - apps - eufy security - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report

Hi!

This is the report code - 1d66e12c-9bd4-411b-80b9-2fbc7f11f69d1d66e12c-9bd4-411b-80b9-2fbc7f11f69d

Hey @pejotu that looks like the report code for Homey itself and not for Eufy

Sorry, I probably got both and mixed them up on my clipboard - here’s the one from the Eufy Security app:

Hey @pejotu
Already replied via mail.

But this is what i see:

Email address or password incorrect.

you can verify your account here to check if it’s correct: https://mysecurity.eufylife.com

Ahh, that was the problem - somehow my pw manager had messed it up.
Thank you!

Patience pays off :joy: Today, it suddenly happened again. I created the same flows as you:

This is what happened this morning. System armed to “Away” mode through the keypad:

2

As you can see, the wrong flow card was triggered. Now proven to 100%

Diag no: b5820f5b-d6b2-4c6f-835c-c90c019b0605

My door/window sensors have stopped working in Homey. I had it up and running and now I can see that it hasn’t updated in the Homey app the last nine days. If I look in the Eufy app the sensors work just fine, when I run the flow manually in Homey it works just fine. I have restarted the Homey and the Eufy app in Homey, didn’t help. I have clicked on “Repair” but it didn’t work.
My cameras work, both the solo cams and the cams that use the Homebase 2.

Will check @Peter_Kalrsson

I haven´t changed anything in the settings. I use 3 different Modes “Away”, a custom called “Daytime at home” and a custom called “Night” all of them has notifications on for the sensors.

Is this right in the settings?
