They are fine.
The tag you are using in the flow is indeed not correct. As Motion and Person detection are 2 different things ![]()
So you can use the Person detected tag.
Or the generic motion alarm tag

I have a strange issue with one of my Eufy doorsensors.
In the Eufy system itself nothing happens but the Homey app reports a door going from closed to open at random times while the door is not opened at all.
I heve 2 doorsensors and it only happens with one of them. I removed and reinstalled the sensor already but this does not change it’s behaviour.

Can you send me a diagnostic report when you see that behaviour happening ?
Then I’ll check that.
The app does sometimes read API statusses. Might be that something is wrong there

I have eufy dual doorbell, It doesn’t register any motion/ person / pet etc
I have tried to repair and installed the app without any luck. I know that homebase 3 is working fine because I can make it change security mode via homey eufy app.
@Goliath if you just paired the devices then i would suggest to restart the app.
Theres a bug which doesn’t start the events after pairing ![]()
Thanks for a prompt response. Do I need to activate something. I have restarted the app and still the same.
I looked now on my other cameras and they have not register any activity since 6 days ago
@Goliath yes make sure to have your push notifications enabled

I see! I enabled now notification in the security mode that I’m using now. I can see that the image is taken but still no motion detection.

I do see the events coming in but they are not registering.
What notification style do you have selected on the doorbell?
You can check that in the doorbell settings and then notifications

Yes the doorbell press got registered. Says now a few seconds from last time
