@danone yeah you’re right toggle is not the correct term for that card. ;p

I’ll have a look at the behaviour of the light it should stay on until you turn it off.

Theres should also be a light button on the device itself can you check if that works for you or has the same behaviour?

Hi @martijnpoppen , the sensors are working fine now with the S380 Homebase. :+1:

One issue I found now is that I can use the Homebase two as a second siren but it doesn’t work as chime.
I can select the homebase 2 to work as chime but when I test it no sound is coming from the homebase 2. Test as siren did work just fine.

Can you take a look at that when you feel like it?

Looked at it yesterday and made a fix but might be that i missed something.

Do you have devices connected to your homebase2?

Can you share a diagnostic report so i can see he response? :smiley:

Just checked and the button shows identical behavior. It turns ON the light for a short while. Once every few attempts, it works fine, turning the light ON until I turn it OFF.

I have all devices setup in de new homebase 3 and there are no devices added to the homebase 2.
That one is just for use as an extra chime and sirene.
The chime should work now?

I have no issues with all devices connected to the new homebase. I didn’t even need to change my flows for all sensors, they kept working fine in Homey.

There is a difference to the connection. When there is no doorbell Connected I have to trigger a different function. Something goes wrong there I guess

@martijnpoppen , Is there something you can do to make the chime work without connected doorbell?
There is nothing added to the Homebase 2 but I can use it as second siren now. So is it still gas a function. :wink:

Nope. Still not working unfortunately.
Also not after a reboot of Homey and repairing the Eufy devices.

I tried installing this app on Homey2023 but get 10 sec timeout all the time, and app is not installed. Should it work on Homey2023?

It is very big for my Homey2016 so need to have it on the Homey2023 until I can move everything there.

@Anders_Gregow please send that to Athom. Not much i can do for installing the app

It works for me with 2023. Maybe try power cycle Homey?

I tried from app-store: Eufy Security App för Homey | Homey.
Will try via mobile app tonight.
