Well the flow works, not all the time, but i can cast the eufy cam to my nest hub.

@Matthieu_Moreau if Eufy detects a person it will trigger this card. 
if your camera supports it it will also give a known persons name
@Matthieu_Moreau you can use a logic card to compare the Flow token with the value you want.

Yesterday i had contact with EUFY. They have problems at the moment with the App. They are working at an firmware update because Eufy can’t be linked anymore to Googl home. Maybe that has also something to do with your problems.
@Andre_van_der_Wurff no they broke their own implementation. So they facing the same issues
