Make sure you have the notifications enabled for your sensor. (inside the selected security mode)
Yes, all the notification settings are correct. The flow works fine when I test it in the Homey app.
But if I open the door nothing happen.
When you open the door do you receive a notification on your phone?
Yes, thats right and the homebase alarm turns on.
Can you send a diagnostic report?
More - apps - Eufy Security - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report (put your email in the input field to make it easier)

@lukelinsj I did test the quick response. For me it does work. But only the custom responses it seems

@Robin_Groeneveld @Daniel_Frankenhuis if you install the above version (click link and install via green button). You’ll get the update version. There was an issue that the motion card was somehow connected to the door sensor. Right now it’s only 1 card (Contact Alarm). Make sure to check and fix your flow

I see that the motion card is not removed, will make another fix for that

@Daniel_Frankenhuis yes thats the correct one. You had motion alarm before…but contact alarm is the proper card
