The home base 2 is the only thing that is broken. Doorbell and camera are working :smile:

@tumtum100 i have a Homebase fix ready to go
Can you install that version and see if it works?

Strange ting is that the homebase is available.
But the camera’s are not. The doorbell
Is also available.

@tumtum100 Yes Awesome!
Was changed in the app rewrite. I only changed 75 files and added 150 during the rewrite :see_no_evil:
So might be that i missed something

@Yannick_Eeckelaert unfortunately it’s not in the logs due to a lot of other data.
Can you restart the app and send me a report after 2 minutes?

@Yannick_Eeckelaert it seems like the Eufycam 2 Pro’s can’t find their Homebase.
Is that Homebase shared with the same account? Homebase serial ending with 225C6

I just have one homebase en it worked fine u til I got an update today. In eufy app everything works

V3.2.11 didnt work either. Rebooted everything. Installed the homey eufy app clean. Logged in at: https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/account → everything works as it should. Except for homey. Send you a log. eb8379c0-aa8d-4ec8-92da-06b5f93f8d3f

@Dennis_Moonen The log really show a empty list for the devices. :confused:

To check a couple of things:

  • You have a extra admin account ?
  • You share the devices with that account? (no house sharing)
  • 2FA is disabled for that account? (I see 2FA errors in the logs)
