Thanks for the effort in the update!
Had a couple of emails today with some authentication codes. Now i see why :+1::call_me_hand:

I sent a couple of screenshots of some connection issues. If you qant more info… Just ask.

I have got the exact the same issue, I have deleted the home base 2 and try to readd the home base 2 and the error still exist

I never used a second account to login.

Not sure which one you selected?

I tested with both regions EU and US

Yes i get a mail :slight_smile:

And yes i removed that due to changes in the login.
I had to prepare for the new Eufy system (Homebase 3)

And that requires a new login. So i moved that to the devices. So sometimes you need a captcha.

Unfortunately these kind of updates never go smoothly for everyone

@tumtum100 i see a 401 unauthorized.

So that can mean 2 things

  • Eufy locked you out.
  • login is incorrect

To verify the 2nd one try to login here: https://mysecurity.eufylife.com

If that doesn’t work your login is incorrect

Also next to that its best practice to share your devices with another account. Being logged in on 2 devices most of the time causes issues with your account

Can you restart the app in Homey and see if that resolves it?

Ok I wil try, my doorbell and camera are working again :slight_smile: I didn’t delete them and they are working again spontaan (kon het Engels woord niet vinden haha)

@Dennis_Moonen i asked for a captcha i see. But no errors in the logs.
