I’m a new Eufy user and owner of a wireless doorbell, Eufycam 2C pro and the security pack with multiple peaces like door sensors, keypad and motion sensor.
When I add my doorbell I see all my devices but when added they are all added as the doorbell with it’s options.
Any chance we can add door sensors, keypad and motion sensor as its own device so we can use these devices in a flow?

What I see so far for the devices that are available yet is looking good and useable in several flows for me.

Yes right now they show up in the devices because it’s an request to all your eufy devices. Last days i got this question multiple times.
It’s on the to do lis.The motion and contact sensor are really different from the other devices. So it needs some testing

As for the keypad this is not going to work. Receiving inputs might be possible maybe. But that’s something i should investigate.

Good to know it is on your to do list :+1:t2:.
The door sensors are useable in a flow for geofencing.
Perhaps the Eufy devices can be used in the battery monitor app so we can make flows for battery levels.

Just tested 1.8.14. Still needs motion for the standard messages and none working personal messages.

Can you see any reason why the personal messages don’t work?

The usage of these is more important than sending out messages without movement.
When there id no movement there is no reason to send out a message. :slight_smile:

No not yet. Will try some things.
Maybe the custom quick response are using different commands. Will let you know when i found something :slight_smile:

it is ok for sheduling security mode for the cameras connected to the homebase but not for the other 2

I see many talking about the doorbell, but all I have are EufyCams (2C) connected to a HomeBase 2. For the cams I run into a small issue.
I can create a flow that sends an email with image through a token but that image is always the default image that I do see in the device settings. Not the last saved image that I can see in the Eufy Security app or a ‘live’ image.
Maybe I missed that this is discussed before but is it already possible to send images from a cam?

I am not getting any snapshots in the app. I have removed all cameras and reinstalled the app but without result.

  • App version 1.8.6
  • Seperate admin account and successfully login
  • Restart app & Homey

Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

Yes sending An image is possible, but the image only gets updated if An event was triggered on your camera.

I am running the app for more than a week and did not get any update. I only have the default Eufy picture with the cameras. I have the rich notifications enabled.

In that case. Can you enable DEBUG in the app settings and send me your ACTOR_ID in a DM.
Then i’ll check your logs tomorrow.

I’m not sure if I have the exact same issue as I installed the cams today with just some events.
I do see an updated image in the IOS Eufy Security app. I assume that I should get that image through the token. Wrong assumption?

If you want you can also send you ACTOR_ID in a DM and enable DEBUG in the settings.
Might be an different issue.

I am having exactly the same problem. Only the standard image gets send whereas when you get your notification from the Eufy app itself, you get a live snapshot. I have basically tried all different settings but I am running into a wall.
