No device found and looping back to login screen and timing out after 3000

Can I please give you an error log? My pan/tilt and floodlight cam can be turned on/off in homey but no motion events being registered. 3a9f4d18-3dd1-467f-b0d4-67602aba169c
Its not picking up any motion events for some reason.

I would suggest having a look at the FAQ Q1
probably your push notifications are disabled in the active security mode (home/away/ etc)

I have the latest update now, can see that you pushed it out, restarted the app, putt in my credentials. I donât get the timeout but I still get or get looped back to the login screen when I try to add a device. In this case it is the floodlight 2 pro.
I have no 2FA on the second accout and I can login via the webbroswer just to confirm it works.
I will try to uninstall and install the app again to see if it solves the issue.

I have double checked all the devices and all of the modes, on both accounts and they are all as they should be except I have chosen âfull effectâ in notification settings.

@Revo_Biglarian youâre unauthorized. Probably you had too many tries for adding devices and Eufy locked you out for a couple of hours. I would suggest trying again in the afternoon
