@Steven_Bareman I will check If I can do something about the load. The app is still running SDK2 so maybe a update to SDK3 makes a difference

Well deserved @martijnpoppen. I also saw you made it into the newsletter with a developer award.
You are undoubtedly one of the most active developers within my app portfolio and I really appreciate all the effort you put into developing these great apps.

So well deserved @martijnpoppen - congrats!!

I installed the live version today, pls note that I once again had to restart the app to make the new cards available/working. Hopefully they will stay that way now.

Regarding “option to use disarmed alarm” - maybe my wish for “away / custom 1” will make it to one of the upcoming test versions? :blush:

@martijnpoppen I am having problems with adding Eufy devices to my Homey pro. I have created a 2nd account with connection to the devices, 2FA is turned off. I have restarted Homey and reinstalled the Eufy app. Could you please help?

Sure. What’s the issue you’re facing?

I get a message that the login is timed out after 3000 msec, could not find that Pairsession or I am being sent back to the login field. Therefore I am not able to add a device

@Koen_Bastiaansen Two things to check

  1. Did you accept the device in your 2nd account?
  2. Did you select the proper region

1.Yes when I log into the eufy app with the 2nd account, I see all devices.
2.I am in NL and I choose the region Europe so that should be correct?

Can you send me a diagnostic report?

You can do that via the mobile Homey app:

More - apps - Eufy Security - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report
