Changelog:
1. FIX: notification trigger add logs for debug purposes
2. FIX: flowcard filters improved. Show correct cards on app page
3. FIX: Floodlight Pan&Tilt Security mode trigger

@Yannick_Eeckelaert should be fixed now. Can you check? Also add the security mode trigger flowcard

Hey Martijn,

It works! No motion when changing camera status!
Thx again!! Nice job! Really happy.

ADD security modus trigger flowcard??
What do you mean? :innocent::sweat_smile:

Met vriendelijke groet,

Yannick Eeckelaert

Nice!!

I meant this one:

Thank you for your reply  Iā€™m considering throwing my Homey Bridge in the trash and buy a Homey pro instead. Iā€™m really disappointed that almost nothing from my smart home devices work with the bridgeā€¦ I know itā€™s in beta, but the development of appā€™s for it is to slow IMHO.

Iā€™m looking forward to using your Eufy app some day

Kind regards

Ok top! I can use that one! I know that I already asked but did you ThinQ about the option to trigger/disable the individual cam alarms? Still hoping to use them together as a sirene.

Thx!

@Yannick_Eeckelaert yes:

I thought I already shared that with you but not sure. The stand-alone cameras do have this option

Stand-alone = without homebase

And the homebase has this functionality. But the Homebase cameras are controlled via the Eufy flows.

Does that answer the question?

Ok I understand. There is no way to controle a camera true the homey base?

No not that Iā€™m aware of

Hi @martijnpoppen!
First of - thanks for fixing the 4.0 update

Just one little thing (which might be be ā€œnew owner/userā€ issue)ā€¦ when adding a keypad to the homey-app I get that this is not possible since the keypad controls the Homebase and not the homey (so far so good). But when changing the security-mode using the keypad Homebase reacts to the change (changing the status). My ā€œtestā€-flow for the Homebase (when status change - and status ā€œawayā€ - then sent push-notice with status) doesnā€™t startā€¦
Itā€™s not possible to change the status from within the homey-app either.
Is this correct functionality or is it, as stated before, ā€œnew owner/userā€ issue?

Best regards
/Stjepan

Hey @Stjepan_Siljac

Your welcome

I think this is realted to the notifications of the Homebase.

When you go to the official Eufy app - go to the Homebase settings. Youā€™ll find this screen under notifications

Somehow Eufy doesnā€™t persist these settings. So I made a option in Homey to force them.

When you go to the homebase settings in Homey you see a checkbox which forces these settings.

Hope this is the solution youā€™re looking for

Hi again!
So it was a ā€œnew owner/userā€ issue

Someday Iā€™ll find a bug

Hehe if this fixes it - yes :stuck_out_tongue:

I hope you donā€™t  :crossed_fingers:

Hi Martijn,
This is an amazing app and I am really enjoying all the amazing features you have developedā€¦ I am building up my flows and get some miss triggers when using Eufy Pan/Tiltā€¦

I have read a lot of this thread but I am stuck on the difference between:
The motion alarm turned on
&
Motion detected

Sorry for the very dense question but can you explain the difference?
Many thanks,
Nick

Hi again.

It did (in one way) enabling/disabling using the keypad workedā€¦ but now that Iā€™m trying to get a motion sensor to trigger a status change Iā€™m back on square one :frowning:

Hey @Stjepan_Siljac
Assuming you have a Eufy motion sensorā€¦:

Did you enable push notifications for your motion sensor?
This is mandatory if you want the motion sensor to report to Homey.

Hey @FranklyEpic
Thanks!!

Sure !

The motion alarm turned on:

  • I added this so also Heimdall can see the events of Homey.
  • This will be triggered when any of the following events is true
    ā€“ Person detection
    ā€“ Motion detection
    ā€“ Sound detection
    ā€“ Pet detection

Motion detected:

  • As the name says it only tracks the motion. So if you set up your pan&tilt to track motion this will trigger.
  • If you set it up to person only. Then use the Person detected card

Hope this explains it

New app update (live: 2.29.7):

Changelog:
1. HOTFIX: issue in Homebase trigger

Perfect, i think i get it!
My use case is to switch a virtual modeā€¦

So, when time is between x and y and motion alarm active, switch modeā€¦

So i can use this as you said.

Awesome, thank you so much
Nick

No. Iā€™m using Fibaro motion sensors (right now). They trigger the correct flows within homey in other casesā€¦
