Hello, from yesterday i have issue with (AND) push notification (CONFIRM yes/no) , after click the notification dont show the question yes/no anymore.
I uninstall /install the app, after that, works ok for 2 notifications ONLY.
I reboot the homey pro 2023 , works for 2 notifications and after dont ask me the question again.
I use this 3+ months without any problem. Please advice.
HP23, latest firmware and app.

After an update: The weirdest issues could be gone when you power off Homey for 10 minutes.
I install my updates myself. And with a Pro 23, you’d create a offline USB backup prior to updating, in order to rollback when needed.
It doesn’t work like that.

You should really send a support request to Athom via the link provided by @Peter_Kawa . On the support page, select your Homey, then Mobile App (in the Platform section), provide a description of your issue and submit your ticket.
The user you referred to in your earlier post is not Athom nor an Athom employee. He is just a fellow community member. Tip: you can tap on a username to see the full name, if provided.
I had the app notifications switched off. That prevents the push and yes/no notifications
@ricercar my notifications of course are ON. I receive the normal notification but NOT the “Confirm” Yes/No
ANY other person have the same problem???

The “Confirm” Push notifications works only at  Watch and NOT at the iphone.
Again, did you contact Athom support about this issue: Support | Homey ?

No issues here on the iPhone 14. Could there be something wrong in your flow?
Maybe it sends only to the watch when connected?
This possibly is a setting in the phone somewhere .
Just to clarify, on iPhone you first receive a notification without any confirmation buttons:
Next, when you tap the notification, the Homey app opens and shows you the questions again with the confirmation buttons that you can subsequently tap:
So on iPhone (and iPad) you don’t get confirmation buttons in the original notification message itself.
