You should really send a support request to Athom via the link provided by @Peter_Kawa. On the support page, select your Homey, then Mobile App (in the Platform section), provide a description of your issue and submit your ticket.
The user you referred to in your earlier post is not Athom nor an Athom employee. He is just a fellow community member. Tip: you can tap on a username to see the full name, if provided.
Next, when you tap the notification, the Homey app opens and shows you the questions again with the confirmation buttons that you can subsequently tap:
I found the issue and I send report for that.
The problem was the VPN that I had enabled to my iPhone.
The exact problem was because I had enabled Thread Protection from Nord VPN.
After I disabled everything was fine.
I could confirm that I had the similar problem, I was using Connect to public AdGuard DNS servers for remove ads from my app and this dns blocked the notification on the app, I could use long press on notification and I could chose directly form notification yes or not and it worked, but I i press on the notification the app does’t show anyhing. I fix it removing the dns
