Hi, when streaming to my chromecast the video is only red colored. Am i doing something wrong?

Hi Martijn, just find maybe the reason why the alarm triggers when I set the flootcam status to away. Ore sleeping. The homey eufy app detects movement ath that moment. I took a look ath the eufy app, there was no movement.

The floodcam shows a notification when changing security modes. The other stand alone cameraās donāt so thats why it bugs.
New app update (test: 2.29.3):

Hi you all,
I found on this page that I need a secondary login to use the Eufy app on Homey. I tried to add a new āresidentā in the Eufy app and then create the secondary acount on a different phone. After that I removed the app from that other phone, so I think that is the way to create a secondary account. Unfortunately when I try to login to Eufy with homey It keeps returning the loginpage.
I hope someone knows a solution, thanx in advance.

Currently there is a issue with the latest Eufy app version and Homey.
If you installed the Eufy app youāll see that on your time Line.
When you follow the URL in that message youāll land on this topic and it Will show you the latest status about the issue.
Theres a fix available at the moment but it is in testing phase.
Install the app by going to this link:
Then you can add the devices. No need to login in the app settings
Make sure to share the device and not as resident
Thanx for the quick answer. Is it correct that I still need to login? Difference between previous version is the Regio field (EU/US). I have shared the devices this time, but still a returning login screen.

Sorry Martijn waarschijnlijk stel ik een vraag die je al eerder hebt beantwoord maar ik kan het nergens vinden in alle topics en kom er niet uit.
Ik krijg mijn Eufy Homebase 2 niet gekoppeld. Ik weet niet wat ik verkeerd doe. Ik heb een tweede admin account gemaakt. Wat mij opvalt is dat als ik met het tweede account niets koppel, dan zit de homey de homebase niet. Koppel ik de homebase dan is hij weg uit het eerste account. Ik heb ook geprobeerd het op te lossen door te delen met iemand met een andere telefoon en app maar dat werkt ook niet.

En is This really a movement notification? Ore is this the notification that is telling that the system is away, home, off? Like the home base dos. Seems like it seeās the status as a movement. I donāt know if the stad alone cameraās work in the same way the flood cam dos. The flood came works like the home base you can change to home end away end sleeping etc. (As you already know) but is it possible that rose status changements triggers the motion alarm?
Iām just saying. The online notification in the eufy app that you see is the status how changed. In the flood cam I can not disable them for testing it out.

i am on 2.29.3 as I did not get any movement/person notifications since about 5-7 days any more (base has latest FW, app is 4.0.1).Logging in seems to work, changing state, too, but no triggers. Tried resetting the notification service but I only get the following error message āError: unable to verify the first certificateā. Any idea or solution or hint?
