I just bought the eufy video doorbell and wanted to add it in homey to get som flows going!
But when i enter «eufy security, and press wich device to add, in my case: video doorbell. Then my login info is required. I enter correct information and press «login» but it loads for a few seconds and it just pops back to «enter login info». If i try to retype everything the same problems continue for a infinite amount of times!

I have tried adding device through my phone, and on my computer. Same issue!!!:face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Anyone else having this problem? Or maybe someone knows whats wrong?

When i change security mode for the Homebase from within the Homey app, either from a flow or from the device, the Arm mode change card is never triggered but if i change from officiella Eufy app the arm mode change card are triggered. Is it a Bug or a ”feature”?

Hey @jonorland
This is probably because the IP adres of the Homebase is incorrect in Homey.
Check the device settings and make sure the IP is set to a local IP adres and not to your WAN adres

The ip in Homey and the Eufy app are the same and the same ip i have reserved in my router. I do get triggers from motion, the thing that doesn’t work are mode change trigger when changing mode from a flow.

Yeah so motion triggers don’t require a IP adress

Hi Martijn,
I’ve you messages about integration of Eufy (triggers, notifications) …
I have a lot of Dufy cams, doorbell, doorsensors en sensor that I like to integrate in homey and set triggers … I understand these steps, But where do I have to login with the new account? The eufy app ? I’m also but I’m stuck at : * install app from community store (v0.7.0) … were can I find it and how can I install.

Quick question…
I already installed eufy on homey with the same login as on the original app !
I did know that I needed to use a second login.
What to do know … delete eufy etc on homey ? And how ?

More - apps - Eufy Security - config app

There you can re-enter the login

Hi Martijn,

I entered a new eufy account in homey …
but tiggers still not working, do I miss something ?
The test in homey is working, but in practice it is not :grimacing:

Hey @Raymond_Sestig,

Are push notifications enabled in the Eufy app on your mobile phone?

Make sure they are enabled also in the selected Securitymode

@jonorland So i checked the logs and now I get your point :man_facepalming:

So when you trigger the Security mode from the Hey Eufy app the Trigger card Will not fire as the selected mode is the same as Homey just selected.

So indeed it’s a " feature " :stuck_out_tongue:
