@Nitramevo probably a memory issue. When your Homey is high in memory it will close the apps with highest memory. Eufy is memory heavy so it probably is killed by the memory limit

Happened again for me now, I ran a diagnostic and screen recorder the behavior. Too big to be posted here though… 993d6683-5ab4-44d6-9894-6530fef5b4ab

Yes. A memory issue. Didn’t think about that, because I haven’t installed or changed anything for long (on my HP2019), but….installed Homey fw updates!!! I had to remove some apps etc. Thx @martijnpoppen

Hello Martijn, Homey Eufy Security app looses connection to all devices, homebase2 and solo cams. Restarting app results in TypeError: Cannot convert null value to object. Homey Eufy Security v3.18.11

@edumos were do you see that error?

[image] Blaxtar: 993d6683-5ab4-44d6-9894-6530fef5b4ab @Blaxtar how is the connection at the moment?

@martijnpoppen doesn’t work to change arm mode but if you look in the Homey app it appears like you can.

@Blaxtar Only thing i see is that all commands are timing out. Not sure why. Did you already try these things? Restart Homey Restart Homebase Add another extra account ti Eufy and use that in Homey (make sure it’s admin role)

I also want to use the Eufy Security app for change the armor status. The values can not be changed (property name is not valid). The values in homey are in English, language of eufy app is german. Can anybody help me to solve the problem?
