@rowancalderin no didn’t have time yet
Keep in mind this is a voluntary job for me ![]()
I know, not my intention to impose you. Just curious ![]()
I’m trying to connect my Robovac E25, but the app keeps saying no devices were found. There’s actually one driving around my house on Wi-Fi and linked to a Eufy account. What am I doing wrong?
Regards,
@Marco_van this is a English topic
please edit/remove and translate your post
Is there any update on the E15/E18 lawnmower support?
Thank you.
@mbnn unfortunately not, didn’t get a reply on my request for a sample, so i don’t have acces to one so can’t add support for it
@martijnpoppen the g50 hybrid just had a firmware upgrade to version 1.1.2. I added it again but the problem unfortunately remains.
@rowancalderin are you willing to share your robovac with me so i can debug it? Somehow your robovac is trying to connect via MQTT while it;s not a mqtt device
Yes that’s not a problem! What do you need for that? I am away from home but do have access to the network through VPN.
@rowancalderin will DM you ![]()
Very often loosing my e28. Can you have a look it?

@HomeyAlliance it seems like that sometimes the api is not returning your robovac.
What most of the time helps: share the device with another eufy account and login with that shared account in the eufy clean homey app.
I don’t quite understand the scenes. In Homey, scenes 1-10 are available, but I simply don’t see any causal connection between these numbers and the tasks defined in the Eufy app.
And I’m also not sure which parameters are used if no task is defined at all or if the selected scene doesn’t exist.
…Somehow, the robot seems to be doing what it wants.
Is there any helpful information that would allow me to better understand this behavior?
Thanks for the link! …I’ve already read it, but unfortunately it doesn’t really help or clarify in detail what the connection is here.
Also, if I haven’t defined any tasks at all and start a scene, what action is executed with which parameters?
The robot reacts and starts doing something funny. But it’s unclear what exactly it’s doing or which (non-existent) task it’s executing.
@quellenform as already mentioned in the post i linked, there’s no logic in the scene start.
But you do need to define a scene first otherwise it won’t work ofcourse.
All the info i have is already said in the post i linked
so what exactly are you looking for?
Is this about the Eufy E15 / E18? Maybe one of us users can make one availebel for testing outside the mowing seeson? What is your location?
@Theo_Hendriks I’m in contact with my Partner at Eufy to get my hands on a model. Not sure yet if it can be integrated at all into Homey.
Hello @martijnpoppen
Can you explain the difference between ‘Begin met stofzuigen’, ‘Start scene [nr]’ and ‘Stel modus in op Start auto reinigen’. Can you explain how it all works? And what do ‘auto reinigen’? And where I can set the different scenes?
Thank you.
- scenes those are the modes you set in de eufy clean app. The numbers are not matching it’s trial and error
- start cleaning is the cleaning based on the settings you have set in the app or via the set clean mode card
- Auto cleaning same as in the eufy app it detects itself what it needs to do
But honestly you can just try it out and see what it does
