I have Whisper Flex, but I can’t adjust the speed in either the Homey button or flow. In Homey, the speed is shown as a percentage (up to 26%) but in the native app it is 26 levels, not a percentage. I can’t turn off horizontal or vertical oscillation in flow, but in the Homey button there is only one button and it is horizontal oscillation and it works. “Mode” also doesn’t work in flows but in the Homey button.

Can you share a diagnostics report (More->Settings->Apps->Duux Gen2->settings (top right corner)->Create diagnostics report)?

Yes, this is intentional. The current state of the vertical oscillation can’t be read (you can only set it to on or off). This means that when you change the vertical oscillation in the Duux mobile app or on the device itself, Homey can’t update the state. That’s the reason why I only made that available via a Flow.

Can you send a diagnostics report after running the set mode Flowcard as well?
