Another diagnosis. Kept debug-true and did a restart. Then diagnosed.

Will check!

@koolla there’s an issue with your range meters:

    "rangeStatus": {
      "error": {
        "message": "Bad Gateway",
        "info": "Upstream service responded with an unexpected status. If the problem persists, please contact our support.",

        "group": 2,

    }

What does the official VW app say?

The official app works and says 270 km right now.

@koolla and the total range?

What do you mean by total range? This is the only range I have in the “slim” VW-app

Sorry I meant odoMeter. So the driven mileage

There is total distance used for the odoMeter in Vehicle Health screen in the We Connect ID app.

I cannot find this vehicle health screen. Running 3.0 after OTA update.

In the mobile app, it would be in the vehicle (second) view and from there you can:

  • select to charge
  • control air condition
  • departure time
  • Vehicle health

Select Vehicle health and you end up to the report.

I dont have that. Guess it has with version of app in different countries or version of car software.
I have
Select to charge
Control air condition
Departure time
Service partner (choose workshop)
Settings

None of these menus have any vehicle health or similar.

Running iOS version 1.41.0

@koolla I found a different value in your logs which might be usable for the range.

Still seems like your car is behaving different than other ID cars and giving those errors as I shared earlier

I’ll make a update soon

@koolla can you test the update above and see if that gives the range value back?

VW ID.3 stopped updating, while IObroker is still working fine. This is with 1.12.6 version of the app.

Status with device in Homey:

Status in IObroker:

Yesterday I left for lunch and the car seems to be now there and not home charging. We Connect app and IObroker think the car is home.

Restarted the App in homey, but no change. Did not send a diag-report yet.

Update 2023-01-20 06:07Z:
The car had been unlocked since I came home, not that I locked it everything updated. And the car is detected to be home.

Maybe something in parsing locked status on ID.3s. Now I sent you a diag-report (no debug though).

@OH2TH Strange
Yesterday there were issues with Skoda too.

Theres a little trick to fix your auth tokens:

  • go to the device settings
  • in the email field add 1234 at the end of your email
  • click save
  • go back to the device settings
  • remove 1234 from your email
  • save again

Now it should login properly

@OH2TH only errors i saw where unauthorized errors. Thats why i sent the above instructions :slight_smile:
