Based on other posts it seems that certain WiFi mesh networks may cause network connectivity issues with Homey if Homey has not been assigned a fixed IP address and your Homey is not permanently allocated to one of the Mesh access points (so it hops from one to another access point). The issue does not present itself when connecting Homey via an ethernet cable (so only via WiFi). Also, does your router use IPv6 for your local network? You might want to try and switch that off (use IPv4 only).
