Several people raised this question before.
My app is deisgned to work in fron of Netatmo Cloud, and its using the Cloud API. So my way to communicate with the devices is through Netatmo cloud. I have not implemented any zigbee protocol communication in my app, only HTTPS with the cloud.
Unfortunetly, this means that i will not be able to implement what you wish for. You need a different app…

The frequency is quite high as far as I can tell (you might not see that in the app log, as this is taken from Homey system log)

After some inspection of this, it seems that Homey is doing an optimization.
Every time a motion is detected by your camera, my app is creating an image with this motion snapshot, so you can see it in the images of the camera within the capabilities page.
Whenever you are looking at the capability window or whenever a flowcard will be triggered with that image as a tag, I am extracting this image from the camera and copy it into Homey. Homey is smart enough to identify that this image was already created in the past (for example, if you already looked at the image on the capability pane a few minutes ago) and instead of creating a new image it reuses the existing one. For my app, it’s transparent.
This message is not harmful - well done by Homey to create this optimization instead of wasting time and space on creating an image that it already has.

It looks like Netatmo are supporting it, but I can not find the time to implement and test this. I am adding it to my backlog, but to be honest - I do not think I will have time to spend on it in the near future. Sorry…

No worries. Just thought that since Homey now supports live video it would be a good idea to get that into the roadmap of the app. When you find time I am sure that would be an appreciated feature by many.
I hope you can help me. I want to add the Bubbendorf iDiamant. I have created a client ID and client Secret. But as soon as I try to add it in Homey, it doesn’t show the screen you indicate, but the one below instead. Can you help me get started?
I am having an issue - I cannot see the Smarther AC Thermostats yet I am connected via Homey Integration to Home & Control. Is there a way of adding them please? I need to retrieve the room temperature.

If so, please send me diagnostics report: App settings → Send Diagnostics report
If the comment of the report, please mention that you followed the Private Client Id procedure and I will check what’s wrong.

@ErikT - it seems that you did not put the Client-Id and the Client-secret on the app settings page (step 4,5 and 6 on the instructions post: [APP][Pro] Bticino/Legrand/Netatmo - Home control, based on Netatmo Cloud API - #327 by Gal_Carmeli ).
If you did thses steps, can you please send me the window you see while you are adding a device? (similar to step 7 on the instructions)

I cannot install the app, after installation it is crashing. I tried several times to reinstall it, but it does not work. I have already send a mail with diagnostics report to the developer.
