[APP][Pro] Bticino/Legrand/Netatmo - Home control, based on Netatmo Cloud API

unfortunately I’m a new Homey user so I tried directly with the new method.. for example if I select Bticino light it shows me all the lights in the office but not the lights at home… I thought it was because in the office I have MH1 but at home I have the new F460…

Can you please send me diagnostics report?
App settings → Send dignostics report
I can see which devices are visible in your home.
Please mention the issue in the comments of the report so I will know to correlate your report to this case.

I am not sure, but I can check.
Please do the following:

  1. Restart my homey app
  2. Wait for exactly 2 minutes
  3. Send me diagnostics report (app settings → send diagnostics report). In the comment of the report, mention the name of the devices needs to be supported.

Once I get the report, I can try and check.

First, thanks for your hard work on this app. I’m using it every single day!

However, I’m having an issue with my roller shutters. I’m using the Celiane with Netatmo model (ref. 199165) associated with a Legrand Gateway module control (Drivia with Netetmo ref. 412181B).

Complete opening and closing of the shutters works well, but the partial opening don’t. As soon as I want to set a xx%, the roller shutter just doesn’t respond. It is working ok if I use the Homekit or the official Legrand app, but not in Homey. I did the calibration twice.

So, I’m stuck here. I’m wondering if you could give me an advise to solve this issue?

@Emeric_H - I need to know which shutter exactly you have and how does Netatmo sees it. Please do the following:

  1. Restart my Homey app
  2. Wait for exactly two minutes, and send me diagnostics report (App settings –> Send Diagnostics Report)
  3. Please put a comment on the report with the name of the shutter device you are talking about.

I’d like to ask you a question. Is it possible to do this? Devices like sockets, wall outlets, stage buttons, shutter buttons, etc., work with ZigBee. Can we connect these directly to Homey via ZigBee? If so, I’d like to disable its own gateway. I have my devices at your disposal, and I can help you extract the ZigBee codes.

This is not something normal. You can send me diagnsotcis report (app settings → send diagnostics report) and I will take a look. Please mention the exact problem you encounter in the description of the log you send, so I will be able to correlate to your case.
