[APP][Pro] Bticino/Legrand/Netatmo - Home control, based on Netatmo Cloud API

Hello Gal_Carmeli, thank you for your work. Since 1.2.2 there also seem to be issues with API calls, for example for roller shutters, the API refuses the call telling me that the shutter position should be an integer. For lamps, the API responds that the lamp state should be a boolean.

400 - {"error":{"code":21,"message":"property /home/modules/0/on: should be boolean"}}
400 - {"error":{"code":21,"message":"property /home/modules/0/target_position: should be integer"}}

Same behavior I’m afraid on 1.2.3

@Gal_Carmeli , is that required even if we did that action recently ? Maybe you can programaticaly throw something to the notification timeline upon app start, eg. in case old methods is still used ?

Please wait till you get 1.2.3. If the issue remains, please send diagnostics report.

@Sharkys -
I am identifying the situation. All will be working properly if you did it recently.
If not, all your devices will be disabled (with a red icon) and a message asking you to remove/er-add will show.
So if all your devices seems OK - you should not do anything.

@Takie - you should remove/re-add. Sorry, this time it was my mistake :frowning:

Hi !
Since the v1.2.3 I have this error on all my devices (Dimmer Switch) :

400 - {"error":{"code":21,"message":"property /home/modules/0/on: should be boolean"}}

Even after remove/re-add all of them.

Hi, also for me, I see this error.
I have deleted and re added one switch, but it doesn’t work.

@Takie - I was not able to reprodue the “400 bad request” when turning outdoor camera on and off.
It might be that its resolved in the latest version.
Can you please try again with version 1.2.x, and let me know if it’s fixed? If not, can you please send diagnostics report after you tried it? Please put your name on the comment so I will know to correlate to this case.

Everything appears to work fine again. Thx!

Hello, I have a new flat with several cable operated shutters and I’m looking for shutter switches that would be able to operate these while also being compatible with Homey. It appears the Legrand Valena Life with Netatmo are such switches. My questions is: do I need the starter kit with the gate to us ethis app or can I connect the shutter switches directly to Homey without it? Thanks for your reply!

Hi,

Sorry for my late response.
If you can control the device with the Netatmo Home+ Control app from your smartphone, it can be controlled by my app.
Notice that this is not a commitment - I can not be 100% sure until you have the device and we can test it, but most chances that this is correct.

If you have a specific device in mind, you can try to ask in our forum if anyone has that device already and can confirm it’s working.

Hi Gal, thank you for your work with this app. I have a Netatmo Smart Indoor Siren, but when i try to turn it on, the app immediately turns it off again and there is therefor no response from the Siren. I was also wondering if it would be possible to activate the Netatmo Smart Outdoor Camera Siren from Homey? Thanks.

Hi Gal,

I noticed some delays between an event happening and the triggering in Homey. For example: When my outdoor cam detects a motion, I get instantly a notification from the Netamo App on my phone. But my flows triggering on this motion, only start like 2 to 4 minutes later.
Do you know what could be the reason for this delay and how can it be fixed?

Thanks

Is the problem with Netatmo thermostats solved, do they work with Homey again?
Mine still does not communicate.
