Can you remove the tile. remove the battery. Than add the battery.
Push the button of the tile for a few seconds. Add it to the app and make your flow again. Keep in mind that the device can get another uuid if you reset it.

Everything works after the update.
My tile mate is working now. But sometimes say Iām gone. That is not the case and the tile says after a minute that I am home again. Whatās the problem ?
@cajp Do you have the tile mate still connected to your phone? This will be the case because the tile can only be connected to one device
no it happens after a few hours or at night
Maybe the distance is the problem, the mate has no a big distance if iām correct from the starting post. Its 8 meters from homeyā¦
