@John_William_Brekke I don’t see anything strange
Special characters in the password can be an issue. A @ works for sure. But some others may cause issues

like? the only special characters i have is @ and . i also use # does any of these have problems? the . is only in the @icloud.com

@John_William_Brekke not sure. But other people reported it. So might be worth a try
Can’t think of anything else which causes the issue

Hey, thanks! i changed my password, restarted the app and it finally works!!! Also 1 question how often does it update? like how often does it check if it’s charging or not? (also why does my phone say that i’m like a million miles away from my homey?? on my phone it says i’m like a million miles away)

but on another phone it works?

also for some reason even though both devices is home the glitched device says it’s not home?

@John_William_Brekke glad it works !
You can set the update interval on app level
Location is coming from the api
So you can always check on Find Devices - Apple iCloud as this app uses that data

Well do you know why 1 of the devices is bugged?

@John_William_Brekke no that’s why I sent you the url.

Well it does say my phone is at home? Edit: it was same glitch with my ipad yesterday but it was fixed when i woke up today somehow so maybe i just wait?

@John_William_Brekke yeah no idea but if you want me to check the data you can send a report

I’ll send a report just in case

@John_William_Brekke I don’t see any issues. Might be that the api is not updating properly

The device is online ? And charged ?

I meant my phone is glitched and yes it has 52% and is online.
