Still working for me.Also on EU servers.
I always have todo an app restart after any install.
I also tried this, already. Unfortunately without success.
Edit: Just found a solution. I disconnected the app from my account via the settings page and reconnected it. Suddenly my devices start working again.
Does anyone have the Bose500 Speakers with Alexa? If not, i woud try to find out the things you need. Because i am inexperienced it will take some timeâŚ
@Seraphim Regardless of what server you connect to, your devices will always show up. They may just not work. Can you confirm that the server is EU? Im a little concerned as âsettingsâ page directly calls the exact same code as elsewhere in the system, so I donât know why you experience the problem.
@azid can you confirm that the play/pause album art /artist etc all work for mono speakers on Sonos?

I am sure, that I have chosen then EU Server because the devices worked.I am not really sure when the stopped working, after the reboot or after one of the updates. As I wrote, I have tried to delete the devices and re-adding them, I have uninstalled the whole app and I tried a restart of the app itself. The only thing that seemed to work was the disconnection of my account and the reconnect on the settings page.

@lirand can you please go through all of the âfeaturesâ and let me know which ones donât work for the L800HX. Please make sure you test the music play/pause/next/albulm art etc. When you are not in a group as well as each of the options for the flows - such as announce, whisper, etc.

Is it possible to group Alexa devices and trigger them together with one flow card to say something?

@Joka : You would have to create a flow with multiple cards. While I could do it with code, it would be a similar effect. Which as far as I am concerned is subpar when compared to the native announce.
@lirand can you please just double check that you are connected to the right server, from your report it looks like no commands at all are working, which seems unlikely. - Thanks

If you restart your alexa app, await 2 minutes and then send me a diagnostic log with your forum name and the name of the device which is a studio. I should be able to work out the studioâs ID

How do i get the asset?
I restarted the app, and waited 1 minute before generating report
Hmmm, what am I doing wrong hereâŚ
Connected to my account and added three gen.2 echo dots.
I can click on an echo dot and play music but with no audible output.
Swiping to the volume-screen is okay, but tapping + and - does nothing, which is quite logical when thereâs no audible output. I DO see that level go up or down when I press + or - on the dedicated echo dot!
Swiping to the reports is ok, but clicking on one of them has no audible output.
Anyone experienced the same? I have been waiting a long time for this app, letâs make it work!

Did you select the right server for your account?
If your account is EU, dont select US server inside the app.
