Can I get this to work offline?
Now when my internet drops out all Hue lights stop responding.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Wanted to thank you for posting this solution! Got it working to activate a smartscene. Whenever the lux in the living changes and is above a certain value, homey will check if anyone is home and activates the according smartscene. When nobody is at home a similar flow is triggered.
I’ve read conflicting information about whether the Hue Tap Dial supports dimming lights with the dial ring through flows created in Homey.
Can anyone confirm whether this works or not?
It does, but it’s not stepless. You can’t bind it to a device using Homey.
I use it in my office to do 10% increments in either direction. Works fine for me.
I wish Athom would integrate hold functions for the Tap Dial buttons though, which is possible within the Hue app, but not with Homey.
Any idea if the Wired modules will be supported on the official Hue app of Homey? (not the one without the bridge)
According to the changelogs on 11th of aug the support for the wired module is supported, though I cannot add them to the app ![]()
EDIT: I got in touch with Homey Support. They suggested me to try the test version of the Hue App for Homey. Most probably that will add the Wired Modules into the app. I will keep this thread updated with the findings and update
