Having problems with the Outdoor Module in Homey. Homey says that the device is unavailable, however it is online, and shows up everywhere else. If i remove the device from homey, and try to add again, then it shows up during the adding, but once it’s added it just says device unavailable. All other…

I have exactly the same Problem with the same module. If I restart the app it shows the correct data eg temperature for a moment and then breaks again.

Hi, anyone who knows / has Home coach… the app page seems to say that there is just one flow card - when for ”the health index changed” . Is that the case? No cards for the actual measurements such as temperature, co2, noise like the weather station has?

Don’t ask me why, but that is the case. I see it too in the app. I have got the weather station. And got all the cards. I cannot test it for Home Coach.

Replaced the old set mode (to program) cards with the new ones in all flows as per recommendations of the new version. The old card actually worked nicely, but the…

I have the same problem. Support said the Homey had a firmware error and I should reinstall the firmware on the PC. I can’t say yet whether that will solve the problem, as it has been stuck during verification for 40 minutes.

Thank you for responding, keep us posted how it goes! To me it sounds like an issue with the app (across HP19 and 23, as I assume you are using 23?) as this update specifically amended code related to the Netatmo valves. Also the issues I have started immidently after the app update and nothing has …
