You can use ONVIF app.
Onvif app does not work with Hikvision DVR
I have no idea what is DVR but I have my HikVision cameras connected with ONVIF app.
@Adrian_Rockall last message was from October, hopefully you are still willing and able to get this app back up to date.
As already mentioned by @Blooddrunk not for the camera’s, but I would like to integrate my doorbell. Would be nice if I could have my Sonos repeat the doorbell.

It’s annoying, but on Home Assistant, the integration of Hikvision AX Pro, the doorbell, and the cameras works perfectly. I tested it, but it’s frustrating to need multiple hubs to automate everything.

I haven’t had a chance to look at it as my wife was diagnosed with bowl cancer last August and has had an operation and is undergoing chemotherapy. My current Homey apps have been using up what little spare time I have since then, so taking on a new project has been a low priority. Hopefully, things will improve soon, so maybe I will take another look, but no promises.
