Unfortunately it isnt possible to add a live stream in homey ( as far as i know )
but there are some 3th party tools / apps available like e.g. “hdashboards” ( [PRO][Dashboard] HDashboards a dashboard system fully focussed on Homey - Developers - Homey Community Forum)
with this tool you can create your own layout for e.g. a webbrowser / mobile phone / tablet , which do support livestreams

I would really like to build a flow when my Hikvision Doorbell is triggered (us our internal speakers as a chime)…

The doorbell button might be available via the digital input event.
Hello @Adrian_Rockall , as we can see you are really good and experienced developer in homey environment.
Couldn’t you try to take over the HikVision app please? I think that people do not really care about cameras as it is possible to integrate it via your ONVIF app, but doorbells and rings are not supported and it would be lovely if we could integrate them.
A lot of people use them and it is pity that it cannot be part of a Homey.

I’m not sure as the code doesn’t seem to be available online for me to asses how much is involved to bring it up to date.
I don’t really want to start from scratch as I don’t have anything apart from one Hikvision camera to test with. My ONVIF app can access all the features of that camera, so it has no benefit to me for a many weeks research and work.
If the original author made the code available then maybe I would take a look.
I have it for you working in the pro version, I have no time nor clue on how to release this for the public I’ll send you a dm.

If so, I would need him to transfer the app to publish it. Or, I could try to get it published with a different app id, but I would need his permission to use the code if it’s not got an open license.

Hello guys, so currently it seems like last step that needs to be done is to contact original developer to ask for taker over the app for Adrian. Any idea how to do that? I’ve already tried to contact him but never successfully.

Since many of us have tried contact Martin without luck I think Athom will have no issues with transferring the app to you if you ask nicely
