There are devices that dont respond the same to the commands their specs specify. That is the problem I confirmed the API declares it supports the method, but when sending the command to it according teh specs (like we do for so many other devices) this device does not respond the way it should.
Maybe we can get in contact with the person their that is the product owner of the cloud api? Its a bit of a stale/hit miss product at this point.
