It’s our added as local api light or as light (cloud)? Please send me a diagnostic report after seeing the behavior
@Kaoh Do you have any updates for me?
Sorry not yet, I have been very busy in life. So did not have time to work on code for my apps, like the Govee app.
I just decided to switch from matter control to cloud api to be able to capitalize on scenes and DIY access. Have a question and not sure if I just did the install wrong or it is a limitations.
I added both Curtain Lights 2 H70B3, and Outdoor Permanent Lights 2 H705F. I am able to see light scenes and DIY scenes under curtain lights, but only get scenes option in outdoor lights.
I changed light scane components to ‘yes’ and have restarted the app after I installed them. Is this a limitation or did I mess up API or install?
This is always an api inconsistency. If it works for one it works for all. But the govee api just did not report diy scenes availability probably.
You can pm me the capabilities json in the device settings to validate
When i try to install the app it seems to crash
Version v.2.12.6
I am at homey pro 2023

Thanks!
Your local addres is already taken by another so on your homey so the govee app can not claim it. Disable other apps, like the Yamaha app, and try again to you find what app is claiming the port already.
Not only was that indeed the issue, it was actually indeed the yamaha app that caused it.
I think you set a record with the fastest solution ive ever gotten! Thanks a lot!
Unfortunately the local api of govee and Tamang require the same port. Does the Yamaha app still work after the start?
Afaik it does, i just tested it. Both apps seem to run now but i still have to add govee items (need to do that api stuff still) so that might give errors then.
Lets see, and i will let you know.
I have reports that newer advanced DIY scenes are not showing up in the API, so if you use those that might be the reason. Please try to add a simple DIY scene for this device, restart the Govee Homey app and see if it shows up.
I looked at your logs, and all I see is that indeed the API is telling me that the christmas light was on. I have to trust the API in this case since it is my only source of telling me what the state is, so I am afraid its a Govee api bug itself. Lets hope they fix it there
I am going to release a version of this capability where the empty water tank gets a button so you can disable the event manually once you filled the water tank. Not great but until Govee api starts sending these events the best I can do.
The light isn’t connected anymore. In the Govee app the light is offline. What is the best way to connect the lights?
Something to solve using the govee mobile app i am afraid. I don’t work for govee so i can’t do support on the devices and their cloud connection. Once it’s connected and the homey app talks to them i can help.
But probably a device reset/rejoin to wifi is your best bet
Please try the new test version to reset the lackwater/empty tank status
Govee | Homey
Everyone else, it also includes some additional support for humidifiers with night light and other device types with night light.
Also updated some more device icons and thanks to homey we now have a animated pair icon for the matter devices.
I think It’s managed to get it off in Homey.
Connected the lamp again test the wifi signal. Put it off with Govee. Put it on with Govee and try to put it off with Homey. Check it in Govee and it’s off. Turn also first the flows off.
@Kaoh Is it possible to add this function to the T3 TV Light?
In the Govee you got Movie/Game video view. There’s a diffrent in recognize the colors.
If you activate it from Homey he start in Game mode and not in Video mode.
Send me the json from the device settings in homey than i can check if they are both exposed through the api
