Hi Adrian,
Thank you for your answer (19 days ago), and for asking your Somfy contact again.
About your remark, I would think that it doesn’t help for the load on the servers of Somfy when users would move to local access, since the amount of requests for data remains the same.
At my side, still no connection to Homey Premium for several weeks in a row. Previous disconnections didn’t last that long by far, so I don’t understand that.
The difference is the requests are between Homey and the Tahoma box on the local network, so the servers are not involved for the local API, apart from occasional credential validation.
Hi @Adrian_Rockall ,
just wanted to point you at my GIT-ticket: Velux roof window (io) - Rain detector error not caught in flow card · Issue #248 · AdyRock/com.somfy.tahoma · GitHub
Thanks in advance ![]()
I have a few RTS plugs connected to our Tahoma, but I cannot add them to Homey.
I send you a devivelog - 277773615
I think the device is not compatible with the app yet.
I hope you can look into it and add them to the app or let me know how to add them.
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
HPelgrum
It might seem strange but that device type is supported by the “Light with Timer (RTS)” driver. It simply reports as an “rts:OnOffRTSComponent” and someone beat you to it with asking support for their light bulbs that are reported in the same way.
Thanks for the quick reply!
It sure is strange, because it is a on/off plug/socket, I tried a few other options but not one “with timer” because it hasn’t have a timer function. But it works! Thanks!
Yes, because the network is not the same as before
. The “how come” is not relevant ![]()
