Suggestion: Please rename topic-title and app to “Official Tuya CLOUD-App for Homey” as the title shouldn’t be confusing
Hello everyone, I have a problem. I have the official Tuya APP (latest version on the Homey. On my cell phone I tried with the Tuya but also with the Smart Life app. I have the WiFI siren. Everything works fine in the Tuya or the Smartlife app. If I use this Now that I have integrated the flow card as an example, if the smoke detector reports fire or smoke: THEN: Siren on! What could be the reason? There are only set code and value (see picture) available Should I do this? If you know you can choose to have the siren on, off, on or off, please help… thank you

Anybody that has been able to add a Tuya device to their Homey?
It just says “0auth2 already exists” but no device is shown.
I have 41 different things connected to the tuya app. Most of them are power sockets. But I heve also connected connected 3 door sensors. It is strange, 2 sensors report their their staatus immediately to homey and one sensor take hours to report his status. I tried everything, from repair to reinstall, newstart of homey and the tuya app. Can’t solve this problem.
I’ve got problems with having to repair my devices (re-login to the Tuya app) once every other day. Otherwise I lose connection and my flows stop working. Anyone know of a fix for this issue?
I’m getting the error code 1010.
1010 = Token expired
(Not solved of course)
I’ve given up on this ‘playground’ app for now. Maybe in a year it is possible to login just once, and stay logged in.
Hi, I had the same issue. Probably something went wrong during the authentication. I solved it by removing the Tuya-app in Homey and reinstall it. Also adding devices via a computer with a LAN connection seemed to work better.

Ive downloaded the official tuya app on Homey and I am trying to connect. But when I try to login after the redirect, I get the following error:
No matching app user information. Please re enter or switch to regional version.
Ive tried to make a whole new account for tuya, but that also does not work. I also tried to reinstall the app om homey

Same here. Tried via Mobile App and via a cable connected laptop. Same failures. Submitted a service request to Homey Support.

Same issue: “no matching app user information” when I try to login on Tuya. Tried the Tuya and the Smart Home app on Android, reinstalled Tuya app on the Homey, tried adding on my phone and on my pc, nothing works. Makes the tuya app useless now.
I am having the same problem trying to log in to the Tuya app for Homey Pro (2023). I have a Smart Life account and the Smart Life app successfully installed on my Android phone. But when I enter my region and email into the Homey interface, I get the “no matching app user information” error.
I was in contact with Athom support. They confirmed that this issue has been reported by multiple users. They suggested to open a ticket on github, which i did:

It might be worth checking which Tuya server you are connecting to. As I said in this post, I had to manually adjust the server/switch browsers to get to my account.
