It’s getting worse by the day. The aqara app makes Homey go offline every few hours. Anyone a suggestion? Also an old back-up doesn’t fix it.
I saw a similar report in Athom’s Slack group. Not sure whether you are the same user 
. I understand the developer is following up on the issue.

The new Aqara Light Switch H2 EU arrived today. For those who are thinking about a purchase: Let me share my first impression with you. Installation was was straight forward and adding the switch to Homey worked seamlessly with the first try. I am using the switch in the Matter over Thread mode.
It adds two devices. One for the wired top left switch and one for the top right switch.
Converting the two top bottoms in a wireless switch is not available in the setting, but this was announced on the Aqara homepage. Nevertheless, I hope that Aqara will add this to their Homey app.
It took me some time to find the flow card for the two bottom switches. To save you some time: The flow card is only available for me when selecting the top right switch.
Power consumption monitoring is working fine.
I think for the European / German users the best feature is the support for 55mm frames. It fits perfectly e.g., with a Gira frame. The relais are pretty loud. If you own a smart plug from Aqara then you probably already know that.
Nice to have feature would be if the LEDs in the switches could be controlled or at least permanently turned off.

Whats going on with aqara. All works well for years but After the latetst firmware update on homeypro Motion sensors don’ work anymore, switches disconnect end Some connect but wont turn on or off anymore…..Its getting worse by the day
There seems to be some kind of issue, outside of the Aqara app. Developer of this app couldn’t find an issue within the app. I have tried a brand new Homey Pro and a back-up from a while back, same issues. Athom hasn’t replied to my support ticket yet.
The latest update is verry buggy. Time trigger dont work anymore , aqara isnt working normal anymore,…..where can I report a bug?
I’ve noticed that the trigger flow card for a button pressed on the Aqara Light Switch H2 EU has disappeared. Anyone else who noticed that or is this only on my side? It seemed to stop working with version 1.16.2. Can I somehow go back to version 1.16.1?
Hi E1 curtain driver is not working, I got two of them. Both got battery, both connects perfectly to homey. But the homey cannot control them going up and down. it works perfectly on the E1`s physical buttons… What could be wrong? since it connects. Only getting timeout error if i try controlling the,.

I have purchased 3 Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensors T1 and the temperature is not updating inside Homey Pro. I have 5 old sensor and they are working. How can I fix it?
I solved the problem. After I pair the device I took the battery out for about 30 seconds and put it back in, it started working.

I’m thinking to buy an FP1E or FP300 but I need first to know which values/properties are shown/exposed from these devices? Could you even make a screenshot of it for me.
I’m especially interested if both have a value that shows the distance to the object that is traced.
And if so : how fast is this value/property shown and updated. And what’s your experience with it. Is it accurate?
I want to sound an alarm from a siren if people are too close to my windows/front door and are in fact on my front yard (= my property) but that’s a distance within 2.5 meters everybody else is (hopefully) just walking/passing by on the boardwalk. Too many people shorten their paths through my front yard showed the many (different) footprints in the snow in my frontyard and also current motion sensors are producing too many false positives at the moment.
Any other/better suggestions/ideas?

@Peter_Kawa it says lumi.curtain.acn002. They used to work a long time ago though… what could be wrong? Did the author quit supporting them?
I can confirm that the FP300 does not expose the detected person’s distance as a numeric value, so you cannot build a flow using the exact distance as a condition.
You can set three detection zones in the Aqara app, 0 to 2 meters, 3 to 4 meters, and 4 to 6 meters. However, the FP300 must be in Zigbee mode for this, and in that mode it can only be paired with either an Aqara Hub or Homey. It cannot be connected to two Zigbee hubs at the same time. This means you cannot adjust the zone settings in the Aqara app once it is paired with Homey.
To see it in both Homey and the Aqara app, it needs to use Thread, but Thread mode does not support detection zones. In theory, you could connect it to the Aqara app first, adjust the zones, then pair it with Homey once you are satisfied. If you later need to change the zones, you would have to remove it from Homey, add it back to the Aqara app, adjust the settings, and then pair it with Homey again. I have not tested this and currently use the default settings so that’s “in theory”.
I do not know about the FP1E. Also note that the FP300 is not rated for outdoor use, and it will not detect reliably through windows or glass. An outdoor motion sensor mounted at a steep angle to limit detection range would be a better option.
EDIT: I just remembered that the FP300 connects to the Aqara app via Bluetooth, so it might be possible to do the adjustments in the Aqara app even after adding it to Homey and without disconnecting it from Homey, but personally I haven’t tried doing that.

Don’t think so, this rarely happens.
If they have worked well before, there might be issues with signal range limits
→ add one or more mains powered non-Ikea zigbee devices in between Homey and curtains; re-pair the curtain drivers at or near their mounting location, NOT next to Homey.
or/and issues with signal interference:

@Alex_R Thank You for your detailed reply & explanation. Are you sure its not detecting anything through glass ? Because I read a couple of articles on Reddit that states it did 
(Through glass an a curtain of a shower cabin ). But never about using Homey but Home Assistant or the Aqara app.
Anybody else here to tell me please about the FP1E ?
