Did you get any feedback on this from Athom support? I have the exact same issue with the waterleak sensors in HP2019. Also got plenty of Trädfri devices in the Zigbee network.
Hello,
Do you know if the new aqara smoke detector will be supported by Homey pro?
Thanks for your help !
Thanks for all your work developing and maintaining the app. I just updated to 1.12 but the newer Aqara Motion And Light Sensor P2 is still not supported in this version. Do you know when support for this sensor is added? I tried to install using the other sensors (T1 and P1), but those don’t work at all.

I still have battery problems on homey 2019. Every day there are devices empty and then full again after a few minutes. Too bad you can’t turn off that battery update if the problem persists.
Without providing any details, device type, or debug log, I guess nobody can say anything about that
I’m thinking of replacing my current radiators with the Aqara E1 radiators. Is it correct, that I don’t need an additional hub to use them with Homey? And is this also the case for all the other devices supported by this app?
And one additional question. I believe I can’t use any of the additional features like geofencing (could replicate with Homey) or radiator synchronization in the same room or external temperature sensors, if I don’t use the Aqara app, for which I would need the Aqara hub, right?
yea same problem with the t1 water sensor, will pair just fine but doesn’t work…
Any plan for support of h1 triple rocker neutral switch?
Might as well delete all the source code for this app and start from scratch, it has to be the most troubled integration on the Homey store.
I won’t touch any Aqara devices.
Sounds like you’re volunteering?
What is your exact problem then?
I have an Aqara H1 Triple Rocker No Neutral that I can’t bind to the Homey Pro Bridge. I have a couple of other H1 Dual Rockers that pair just fine, but not the triple rocker. This switch can bind to Aqara Hub just fine but not to Homey Pro. Any ideas?
Maybe I am wrong, but I don’t see this device on … Aqara
It’s definitely there and I managed to set it up. Turns out that Homey Pro was too far from it. I’ve moved Homey Pro to a slightly closer location which allowed me to pair it but now Homey is on WiFi instead of Ethernet. Will see how that goes over the next few days.
Sounds like your Zigbee network needs router devices.
Hi. I see that there is talked about aqara FP1E Presence Sensor but I just wondering if there are any plans to add this to the compatible devices of this app or is waiting for this a waste of time?
Thanks already, kind regards!
Hi forum, I’m new to Aqara. I just bought a Water Leak Sensor T1 and I own a M3 Hub.
Is it possible to add the water leak sensor (device) with both Homey and the M3 Hub?
I can add the device in M3 Hub, but it gets deleted when adding to Homey during the pairing process. Same result when starting adding in Homey and then adds to M3 Hub - device is disconnected.
I seems the device is using zigbee. Connection to deive is good.
Sorry if I missed the same question being asked/answered earlier in this forum.
Zigbee devices can always only be paired with one controller, so you can’t use Zigbee to pair the device with both Homey and the hub. If the hub supports Matter, that might be a possible solution (pair the device with the hub, then connect the hub to Homey over Matter).
Hi all!
Since a week or so (possibly since the last update?).
I get, at regular times, a battery alarm (battery is almost empty) low and directly after that I get battery alarm off (battery full again) from different battery powered devices.
Specially from wireless remote switches when they get used.
The battery shows a 100% in Homey.
Does anyone else experience the same?
