[APP] Aqara & Xiaomi Smart Home - Simplify your life with a smarter home

Can I do it with the H1 wallswitch single (with neutral) too?

Any other tips to get the temp sensors to work?
As to my previous post the four temp sensors i have connected are within range.

Added “Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor T1” about an hour ago.
No temperature or humidity readings.
Aqara app is version 1.11.2
Homey Pro (Early 2019)
Version 12.1.2

Are the T1 sensors not compatible with the 2019?
Or could I try something?

Bought 4 Aqara Door and Window Sensor T1 (lumi.magnet.agl02) today. Pairing with the Homey Bridge wasn’t an issue, but they are not reporting any data, it just states ‘55 jaar geleden’ and gives no value.

I have the same sensors at another location paired to a Homey Pro 2023 with no issues. Seems a lot of users experience this same behaviour, and the only non-affected platform is Pro 2023.

Any idea what this could be?

@Unscripted This is not a diagnostic rapport of the Aqara app.
This is a Homey rapport.
Just open the Aqara app, settings on the top right, make diagnostic rapport.

Oops, fixed.

@JohnLiow Have you tried after the official support?

Is there a better place to file a change request or a question like this?

Mee too!
I have 3 E1 termostat valves get from a friend and none of those working.
I see everything datas from the valves, BUT I can not do nothing from homey…
Anybody knows any solution or reason?

@TedTolboom: I am using an Curtain Driver E1 (track version, lumi.curtain.agl001).

  • This device has a luminance sensor. However it is not available in Homey on the device’s sensors/capabilities tab, nor is the luminance value available as a tag. I assume this is because you indicate in your starting post, that sub devices are not supported and the luminance sensor is sub device. Do you have plans to add the light sensor functionality to for the Crutain Driver E1 to the app?
  • There does not seem to be a flow card (or any other method) to stop the curtain motor when it is closing or opening the curtain. If you press the button on the motor itself, while it is moving, it stops. I thought that as an alternative I could use the ‘Set position’ THEN card to the #Position tag and have the motor move to its current position (hence stopping). My assumption was that that tag contained the current position. But I now understand that it contains the target position. Do you have plans to add this stop functionality to the app or is there another way to stop the closing/opening action via a flow?

Checked the thread but didn’t find it directly hence will the Aqara E1 Smart Wireless Switch covered at any time by this app?

hi @TedTolboom , do you know the answer to this question.

Hi there,

I have an Aqara E1 motion sensor (model RTCGQ11LM), which is listed as compatible, but I’m having trouble setting it up. The setup process starts smoothly, and I’m able to add the sensor, but at the final step, Homey gives me a message saying: “It seems that you don’t have an app installed for this device.” After that, it just adds the sensor as an unknown Zigbee device to my home.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this, and how I can fix it?

Thanks so much for your help!

Hi,

I have bought an Aqara “door and window sensor T1” (lumi.magnet.agI02) that I paired with my Homey Pro (2016-2019) yesterday. I do not have an Aqara hub. The T1 sensor paired successfully, that is it shows up in my Homey Pro, but the sensor does not work as expected. It does not register any “contact alarm”. The contact alarm says “55 years ago”. In addition, it shows ? for the battery. I have read in previous posts that the T1 sensor has been working as expected with Homey Pro 2023 but not with Homey Bridge or older Homeys.

@TedTolboom FYI, seems that also battery measurement for Xiaomi Light sensor is not working reliably - indoor location, pulsating between 0-100%, battery voltage 2.9V … lumi.sen_ill.mgl01

Would be great to have it little bit less sensitive, as it could have been operating maybe for another year.

Btw, is there any GitHUB repo we can contribute to eventually ? Eg. including some tests when some changes implemented ?

Aqara Starry Magic Knob V1

It Will be perfect, if you add this device! Thanks

Does anyone know if I can buy the aqara T1 sensors on AliExpress
Can only find them on Dutch stores

What do you mean exactly?

  • If Aliexpress sells these sensors?
  • If the sensors sold on Aliexpress will work with this app?
  • If you have enough money in the bank to buy them?
  • If you’re actually capable of buying something on Aliexpress?

Did you actually try searching your specific T1 sensor on AliExpress?

In general: Yes, you can buy T1-versions of Aqara sensors there. However, in my experience you need to double check whether you are actually ordering the T1-version or the non-T1/prior version of the sensor (if they come in both flavors ofcouse).
