[APP] Aqara & Xiaomi Smart Home - A different kind of Smart Home solution (Zigbee App)

Aqara Door and Window Sensor T1 suddenly frozen / not reporting
On my HP2019, all these sensors suddenly didn’t report back anymore. The last contact alarm status stayed as it was. My Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensors T1 DID report back.
On https://tools.developer.homey.app/tools/zigbee all seemed okay.
No changes in devices or flows, no updates for Homey or Aqara app.
As if the devices were still in the Zigbee network, but just couldn’t communicate with Homey.
I tried all options below, but nothing seemed to work.
What can I try and/or check?

I tried:

restart the Aqara app
turn the Aqara app off/on
re-install the Aqara app (without removing it first)
restart Homey
restore most recent backup and older backups
PTP long and short (power down)
re-add a sensor: Homey confirms it already exists, but it still doesn’t work
try another USB power adapter for Homey

I’m sorry if I’m missing something but I couldn’t find an answer to your question. Can you make flow cards for the D1 (no neutral) triple switch when button 2 or 3 are pressed? The ‘left’ mentioned in the device name makes me wonder.

Since this weekend i am the proud owner of an homey pro 2023, but i am having a few issues with the aqare/xiaomi devices. 3 Xiaomi Smart Plugs (manufacturer unknown and model id lumi.plug) are not giving me energy comsumption values. The same for an eu plug (manufacturer LUMI and model id lumi.plug.mmeu01). This weekend i added an T1 relay with neutral and this is added as an unknown zigbee device (manufacturer unknown and model id lumi.switch.n0acn2). I tried removing and readding, repair, PTP, resetting Homey but nothing is working. I searched in this topic but can not find any solution which works. Can somebody help fix my issues?

If it’s marked as an unknown device, it’s not supported by the app.

Maybe just for your FYI only, I have aquired a few Aqara Motion and Light Sensors P2 (Matter) and they work fine with Homey Pro via Matter & Thread.
At this moment, I am only having dificulties with maniging the combination of the light + motion detection. I will get there somehow with the advance flows using logic, but need to thing on how to do this.

I have bought a new Aqara Cube T1 Pro which I cannot add to the HP23. It is added, but an error message appears and then it is added as “Unknown Zigbee device”.

The fact that there is a cube in the app is misleading actually. I also bought two cubes but I’m stuck with them as they aren’t recognized.

Most users don’t expect to have to come to the forum before buying something TBH.
So yes it’s been in the threads, I’ve actually tried and get some information about timelines as this is now officially supported by Xiaomi/Aqara, but no info yet.
So this is normal that people still ask, and actually the more they ask the more it has chances to get to the top of the pile.

Problems with new Aqara devices. I can’t get new Aqara devices to work. HP 2023 v. 11.1.0, Aqara 1.9. I already have Sensor P1, Door Sensor T1, and Roller Blind E1 that work. I can add and repair new T1 and E1, but there is no connection after. T1 says last update 54 years ago. I can’t add a new P1 at all. I’ve tried power cycling (PTP) for 20 minutes and updating the firmware via USB/PC. Nothing helps. I’ve contacted support, who respond quickly and have seen the report, but they currently have no suggestions. Does anyone have any good input

Can someone add the T1M and the Dual relay T2 on the fonction.
They are zigbee product and I can’t add a M3 hub on my 2019 Homey buyed in 2022.

I have problem adding the Aqara Single Switch Module T1 (With Neutral) to Homey Pro. As far as I can see these devices are supported.
Also the supplier was in contact with Aqara and they had no complaints that it suddenly is not working anymore.

I put the device in pairing mode, add the Single Switch Module T1 (With Neutral) in the aqara app.

The homey is reporting it take to long to add the device following the error somethin went wrong.

The strange thing is that I already have some of the same Aqara modules connected to homey, but cannot add any new ones.

My zigbee network contains 33 devices of which 23 routers. What can I try to get these devices added to homey

Any suggestions?

I have a question. For some time now, I have been using the Aqara Single Switch Module T1 (With Neutral). However, I have a problem with these modules. When I connect these modules to my Homey (2023 model), they initially work well, but after an unspecified time, the module no longer communicates with Homey. I have two of these modules in use and the same thing happens with both. The modules remain connected to Homey and I can control them via the Homey app without issues. However, as soon as I flip the hardware switch, I hear the Aqara module switch, but nothing happens, and Homey does not receive the new status. I have re-paired the modules several times in the Homey app, after which they work for a few days, but the problem persists. I have also re-added them and reinstalled the app, but the issue remains. I’m starting to get a bit frustrated that I have to use the app every time to turn on the lights in the room because I can’t use the switch. Does anyone have the same problem or perhaps a solution?

I am getting “device already added” and “cannot add, unknown error” like messages from weeks when I try to add devices.
I have a lot of Aqara devices from the types that would (should) work fine. It is only my problem now?

For now, I’ve found a solution by connecting the modules to Homey via Matter. I purchased the Aqara M3 hub, connected it to Homey via Matter, and so far it works properly. I was also able to update the modules immediately.

The Aqara P1 (Zigbee) motion sensor has a nice luminance feature. It would be great to have an AND option for flows for this device to test for luminance value. Any plans for that?
