Funny enough my friend managed to register the siren with an Android phone but it did not work on iPhone… Very strange…
Hi just got an aeotec multisensor 7
Was able to add it on batteries but didnt really oerform well. So added on usb now motion and tamper sensor work well it seems but humidity and lux dont report anything
Already tried resetting and readding…
Anyone knows what to do?
Tried (advanced) settings, for example threshold, report delay?
Aeotec aërQ Temperature & Humidity Sensor - unable to pair
I have multiple Aeotec devices and this is the first I have not been able to pair to Homey Pro. This might be user error however this seems straightforward. Has anybody been able to pair?.

Your diagnostic report is a Homey Pro diagnostic that goes to Athom. You should only create a diagnostic report if asked for one.

Suddenly after the latest Homey Pro OS update (12.2…0) I was able to include thisQ sensor with ease. All works.
Nice sensor and will be buying more.
Overnight my Homey Pro (2023) automatically updated some apps, including the Aeotec now. Now all of my Aeotec sensors stopped working… ![]()
Everything else is still working fine as before.
Is anybody else experiencing this too? Is there a way to reverse an app update to its previous version?
I’m on Homey pro 2023 (not experimental update) with around 10 devices from Aeotec and not experiencing this issue after the Aeotec update. I’m using multisensor 7, multipurpose sensor and water leak sensor.
I would generate two diagnostic reports, keep notes of the diagnostic number and contact Aeotec support Support - Aeotec
One for Aeotec support: under Aeotec app, settings
One for Homey support if needed later. Under Homey settings, general, at the bottom
After that, you can then try to restart the Aeotec App
My homey pro updated the aeotec app last night and all of my trisensors stopped working. Meaning it didn’t update any of its sensors such as temperature, motion or luminance. restarted the app, restarted my homey pro. I’ve removed and added one of the trisensors and even factory reset it. Still no change.
I’ve sent an email to aeotec support when checking the aeotec homey app page for support. Just thought i’d post here if anyone has come across this issue yet and whether they managed to get it working.
All other aeotec devices work fine.

Someone else reported the issue and it seems to be isolated to the tri sensor
i should mention what other aeotec devices i have that are still working so far since the update. i havent tested all functions but they seem to be responding fine when either switching it on or off or triggering the sensor to change values.
I’ve also sent my diagnostics report to aeotec. Hopefully i hear from them soon as those trisensors i have set up trigger my lights to turn on based upon luminance. Had to update my flow to stop it from turning on the lights.
checking the homey developer tools it appears my trisensors appear to be sending and receiving fine.

Just to clarify: it’s only the Trisensors that are not working. My other Aeotec devices (door sensor and humidity sensor) work just fine.
Same issue for me. The other Aeotec sensors still work fine though.

Thinking about turning off auto updates for all apps also. I initially thought i was having z-wave signal issues again.
Had no response yet from aeotec. Hopefully in the next day or so. Already updated my flows for now to not use the luminance.
If you do receive an update from Aeotec please do share it here when you can. I’ll do the same once I hear from them.
Trisensors still not working after half a day gone by. Homey developer tools showing that its sending/receiving so the connection is there between my trisensors and homey.

Just received an update about 30 minutes ago from Aeotec. They’ve removed the bug. It’s awaiting the new version to be released by homey. Test version is available - Aeotec App for Homey | Homey
