All my aqara matter contact sensors are not working!

I have seven AQARA matter contact sensors and they are all failing to work as of about 8 hours ago. This really sucks and the entire Homey experience has been trash for me. I live in a relatively small apartment and I have the bridge connected as a “satellite” to a HOMEY PRO 2023, which connects and disconnects whenever it pleases to. The only reason I am keeping it is because I am stuck with it as I have built an entire structure around it so that everything “works”. Which does not. The only thing I have done to it was to rename a few devices and I thought that the option would not be there if they were going to fail because of that. I guess the best thing is to buy everything Phillips Hue and just use the HUE bridge as it is the only reliable thing around here.

Actually, that comment is just a copy of what I sent to support, do you know what is the timeline for support to reply back right now? TWO WEEKS! That is hilarious but thank you for the suggestion.

I guess once they get to it fhey are going to ask you some questions.

Sorry for hurting your beliefs…the more I search through this forum; the more of a complaint box that it looks like to me. For a moment I thought it might be me but I am definetly not alone. For some strange reason, there are more complaints here than constructive criticism. It is not even close.
