Aeotec siren gen5 - RESET

Impossible to add Aeotec siren Gen 5.
How can i do to make a reset hardware of this device

So what have you tried and didn’t work? Have you tried remove it first?

I bought an used alarm and i can’t remove it from the controller
I tried to press 20 seconds but it don’t works . The siren ring after 10 seconds when i hold the button
