Hi,
I have one of the above mentioned devices. It is showing that the motion sensor is permanently on ie flashing red “ yes” continuously.
Question 1: Is there anyway of correcting this without, I gather, having to reset the device?
2: can it be reset remotely ie through phone or tablet?
3: What causes this to happen and is there anything that can be done to stop it?

Had the same issue from the get go. Resetet it several times, could’nt get it to work. Returned it asap
Now have an Aeotec Multisensor 6 and it is doing exactly the same thing.
Any ideas?
Does it do the same when u hold it close to Homey?
Yes it does do the same. I would normally say it is the device which is at fault but having it happened to two different models seems to me it must be something to do with Homey
