Hello there i,am new with advanced flows but i wanted a flow for mine toilet with a motion sensor from hue.
I,am try to set this up in one flow
Movement light goes on for 180 sec i tried chronograph and countdown when it is evening i wanted the light is set to ?? lumen en in daytime to ??? lumen.
When in the 180 sec a movement is the timer muss start over and when the timer is of the light goes off.
Is this possible
In short, you can.
You not show what you did already.
To start the flow you have that Hue indoor sensor.
Have you found the “If card” to trigger the flow.
For “day time” lumen I think you can better take the Hue indoor sensor for that.
Notes that the sensor have to be out of direct lamp light.
Use can use a simple Logic “And cart” to get that from the sensor.
There are two exits on that card to set the lights on the right lumen.
By a dark day the light are also dimmed. In the summer there is longer bright light.
The app Chronograph I don’t know how that is working.
In the CountDown app you can besides start and stop also get the time from the timer.
You can then gives a warning to move a little bit 
To set a lamp in a preferred state I don’t know because I still never had to do it.
