Can Advanced Flow ownership be transferred to new owner
You can transfer your Homey to a new owner, to do this you can go to More→Family and Guests.
You can’t transfer an individual Flow.
EDIT: if you mean the license, that one is bound to your Homey. It will get transferred to the new owner once they set up the Homey
