I do not have original Anker Solar panels, but the Solar power from the Anker screenshot IS solar generated from a 3rd party solar system, measured via a Shelly 3EM Pro connected via the Anker Solix app.

Regarding the third-party solar panels: this setup is already supported. I’m actually running a very similar configuration myself. My system uses Zendure panels with an Anker Solarbank, and the measurements are done via a Shelly Pro 3EM. I also have a Shelly 1PM Mini in my setup.
During development I compare the values between Homey, the Anker Solix app, and the Shelly measurements, and the data matches correctly in my environment.
To better understand what is happening in your case, could you please enable Debug mode for the specific Anker Solix device and send me a diagnostics report?
Steps:
Open the device in Homey (your Solarbank).
Go to the device settings.
Enable Debug mode for that device.
Let it run for a short time so the issue occurs.
Then send me a diagnostics / error report.
With Debug enabled I will be able to see the API logs for that specific device, which should help me understand why the solar or grid values are not appearing correctly in your setup.

Thanks for the app - I informed other dutch users of your efforts. In order to be able to use Homey as a HEMS, integration of Solix is necessary
I have two systems and now use Advanced Capabilities to create a dashboard of sorts but still fiddle around a bit with which parameter depicts what.
Keep up the good work! I will have a Peblar EV charger in March so maybe I check in then to see of we can get them to work in harmony
