After the latest update on Homey pro 23.

Crash symbol on all Aqara sensors. The app just spins…

Did you already cut the power from Homey for at least 10 minutes?

You can revert from the RC firmware to the stable firmware to “solve” it.

When can we expect this problem to be solved?

Have you reported this issue to Athom? If not, I suggest you do so via Support | Homey.

Athom does not monitor this forum actively. The best chance for getting issues resolved is by reaching out to them via their support channel.

Like I suggested, the quickest fix is to revert to stable firmware. But probably you didn’t understand a word I wrote, or I’m in your ignore list :zany_face:

Despite my advice to inform support: As I realized later on,
Athom (officially) doesn’t give any support to RC / beta firmware; it’s also not supposed to run on your daily driver Homey…

Yes, all the Aqara sensors. The option “try to repair” is not available.

I have the latest Rc firmware and several aqara sensors and switches but no problems, or is it already solved?

This isn’t an app problem.

Not solved for me. Also tried to restart the ZigBee network without any change

It has already been suggested (more than once) to revert back to the stable firmware.
