I installed Zooz app and sensor is listed as supported. Brand new sensor and I’ve tried 2 new batteries in it. It recognizes it and goes onto step 2 but just times out after a few minutes. Any suggestions on getting this to work. thanks
Even though the Homey Pro (early 2023, 2026, mini) is supposed to support NWI (Network Wide Inclusion), it’s best to perform the pairing process in close proximity if you’re having issues.
If that doesn’t help, try restarting the Homey.
Note: For NWI to work properly, there must be enough routers/repeaters installed.
