What should I say? To be able to localize the error a little better, you should provide more information. That’s why my first answer was that short and that would a possible problem if too few routers are installed.
Connection problems can have many causes:
- too few routers (Creating a stable Zigbee network with Homey Pro (Early 2023))
- interference with other Zigbee hubs or WiFi settings (2.4 GHz channel/frequency) → WiFi/Zigbee check
- metal coated windows
- building materials that are used
- other sources of electrical interference, e.g. a defective power supply unit
- etc.
Please ask Athom.
But the problem is more the Aqara contact sensors. Aqara doesn’t use a standardized Zigbee protocol!
