Zigbee reliability - All devices unresponsive

Not long switched over to homey, love the interface and the advanced flows make things so easy.

Bought a pro model set it up perfectly with mainly zigbee devices (aqara,aotec,zemismart) mainly all zigbee directly to the hub itself. Was working great for a week and then suddenly all devices become unresponsive.

Im not sure if this was because I bought a pro a few months back and sent it back but missed it so bought another and I restored from a backup, both hubs were on the same firmware. Some zigbee devices came over and others I needed to re-pair.

Was working fine but then suddenly all devices dropped off the network.

Could this be due to me restoring from one hub to the other? or me re-pairing a lot of devices?

Anyone else had this happen to them and have zigbee reliability issues?

Im thinking about doing a re-set and starting again.

Hi …, I ran also in this problem with a replacement Homey Pro. This new Homey needed to connect to all devices, may be Reconnecting Existing Devices can work as well.
