Yes. I meant that maybe it’s an issue with restoring to a different specific chip not a different make/model of Zigbee chip. I’m not sure how backup/restore of the Zigbee network works so I’ve no idea whether this theory even makes sense but it would fit the evidence I’ve read so far on this thread. …

Also check this post: Zigbee - Aqara Window/Door Sensor Connection Problem - #17 by robertklep Which also seems to confirm that the devices are unpaired but not removed from Homey and can be repaired (via the maintenance menu).
