Zigbee could not start

After the latest update, i had to pair all my zigbee devices again, but then i got in to trouble when i hit 15, and was trying to start again.
When i try to add anything then it just says that Zigbee could not start, and i cant add anything.
And now i dont know what to do, should i factory restart?
Anybody have experienced the same?

Thanx for your respond.
I have read many of these posts. And I know the problem about how to build the mesh network.
Now the problem is that i have removed all the zigbee devices, and now the app tells me that zigbee can not start.
